I can welcome you in English, French or basic Chinese.

Appointments: All appointments need to be booked online. It is also possible to book multiple appointments, up to 4 months in advance, in order to organize your follow-up sessions properly.​ If the waiting time is too long, please register on the waiting list.

​Cancellation: We require a 48h notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Notice that are less than 48h, or if an appointment is missed, then the session will be charged. Please also remember that you have booked a specific time slot. Should you arrive late, in order to welcome the next person on time, the session will need to be shorter.

Payments: After the session, the invoice will be sent on the same day via email with the payment link. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam folder. The invoice is due within 7 days. Payment in cash is also possible directly.

​Reimbursement: The amount of reimbursement depends on your insurance policy. Always check the policy before with your insurer for certainty. If you have any questions regarding your policy, only your insurer can inform you properly. Reimbursements from alternative medicine do not affect your deductible, and a referral from a doctor is not necessary. More info here.

Information: Please bring 2 towels or small blankets with you. Just before your appointment, you can take a seat in the waiting room on the 2nd floor. I will come to pick you up directly there. Meanwhile, there is coffee and tea available that you can use at your convenience. If you are late, please go directly to the room.
