🌍 Languages: I can assist you in English, French, or basic Dutch and Chinese.

📅 Appointments: All sessions must be booked online. You may schedule multiple appointments, up to 4 months in advance, to plan your follow-up sessions. If the waiting time is too long, you can join the waiting list to be notified of earlier openings.

❌ Cancellations & Changes: A 48h notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged. If you arrive late, the session will need to be shortened.

💳 Payments: After your session, an invoice will be sent by email with a secure payment link, due in 7 days. Cash payments also accepted.

🧾 Reimbursements: Coverage depends on your insurance policy. Please verify with your insurer, as Yuan Qi Acupuncture cannot guarantee reimbursement. Alternative medicine reimbursements do not affect your deductible and do not require a physician’s referral. Acupuncture may be eligible; herbal supplements are not. More information.

🪶 Practical Information: Please bring two towels. Upon arrival, you can take a seat in the 2nd-floor waiting room, I will come to pick you up. If you are late, you can go directly to the treatment room.
